Sea Village - A $10.00 PER NIGHT FEE WILL BE CHARGED FOR OCCUPANTS OVER FOUR (4) WITH A MAXIMUM OF SIX (6) OCCUPANTS. *HIGH SEASON DISCOUNT STRUCTURE (Sea Village Only) 21-27 Days - 5% Discount 28+ - 10% Discount MINIMUM STAY POLICY High Season - Seven (7) Nights, October 1st through April 30th Low Season - Three (3) Nights, May 1st through September 30th DEPOSITS An initial deposit equal to $200.00 USD Sea Village /  Kona Islander Inn is required to secure your reservation.  The remaining balance is due 60 Days prior to your arrival. CANCELLATION/REFUNDS Cancellation must be made 60 Days prior to arrival.  A $100.00 USD fee will be retained for cancellation expenses.  After arrival shortened stays will receive no refund.  Cancellations made within 60 Days of arrival will only be refunded if the unit is re-rented.  Refunds will be for the days re-rented. Click here to see calendar for Kona Sea Village Unit 3114 Click here to see calendar for Kona Islander Inn Resort Unit 246 Click here to see calendar for Kona Magic Sands Unit 201 DEPOSITS You may pay by credit card (click on PayPal Visa/MasterCard link below) or check to make an initial deposit to secure your reservation. If you select to pay with a PayPal Credit Card you will be charged a 4% fee on the total charges when you make your final payment. Please, confirm dates with Konjer at (925) 586-5337 or konjer@condoskonahawaii.com before making a deposit.  OTHER FEES An additional $200.00 USD damage deposit may be required for Sea Village / $100.00 USD for Kona Magic Sands and the  Islander Inn which will be returned two weeks from checkout after an inventory and damage inspection of the property is performed. A $44.00 damage insurance policy fee will be charged upon check in. Hawaii State Tax of 13.25% and cleaning fee of $125.00 USD Sea Village /$85.00 USD Kona Magic Sands and $35.00 USD Kona Islander Inn will be added to all reservations. HOUSE RULES Check in time is 3:00 PM, check out time is 11:00 AM.  Smoking of any kind is prohibited and includes the lanai.  Pets are not allowed.  The House Rules will be enforced.
